Scuba fabric is all the rage. This fabric is not just used for swimming but dry landed in the retail market as garments; dresses, skirts, jackets, from swim suits to coats. Neoprene is a synthetic rubber that's often used to make wetsuits, hence its alternative name "scuba". It has great qualities like stain resistance and durability. The fabric is a beefy knit and doesn't breathe, except through the holes, allowing you to create structured pieces. This incredibly comfortable opaque fabric holds photo-realistic patterns well and doesn't stretch out of shape. I would line it with a stretch lining to pick up one of the colors.
